Job Details Job Location: Corporate - Reno, NV 89521 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING The ERP Systems Administrator will serve as the primary system administrator for the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, with a focus on IFS. This role ensures the ERP platform is properly configured, secure, and optimized to support daily operations across multiple functions. The ERP Systems Administrator will manage system permissions, data integrity, upgrades, and user support, while partnering with internal teams to improve usability and system performance. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you’ll primarily work with our IT team and internal customers A highlight of your day-to-day will include: System Administration Create and modify permission sets to manage user access and maintain security. Develop and maintain lobbies, lobby datasets, and lobby elements to enhance usability and visibility. Monitor license usage to ensure compliance and cost efficiency. Configure and modify page layouts to meet evolving business requirements. Manage and update basic data across all ERP modules to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Create and maintain site-level data to support operational needs. System Maintenance & Support Manage and resolve IFS support cases, escalating issues as appropriate. Oversee IFS upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations. Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to ERP users. Continuous Improvement Partner with business units to identify opportunities to optimize ERP usage. Assist in designing workflows, dashboards, and reporting to support business intelligence and decision-making. Recommend and implement best practices for ERP administration, governance, and data management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide advanced user support. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
