As a Shuttle/Parking Booth Team Member, you’ll help guests start their adventure smoothly while contributing to the mission of the Columbus Zoo Family of Parks. Responsibilities Guest Experience & Front‑Line Service Collect parking fees, when applicable, and direct visitors to designated parking areas. Process accurate sales transactions efficiently and securely. Provide friendly and prompt transportation services throughout visitor areas. Offer guests information about available activities and experiences at The Wilds. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while ensuring the safety of guests and team members. Transportation & Vehicle Operations Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation. Keep all vehicles clean and well-maintained. Operate shuttle vehicles safely while following all traffic and operational regulations. Operate a two-way radio for effective communication with team members and management. Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines. Organizational Support & Compliance Strive to further the mission of the organization and support The Wilds, Columbus Zoo, Zoombezi Bay, and Safari Golf Club. Comply with The Wilds’ Drug-Free Workplace Policy and successfully pass required background checks. Qualifications Communication & Guest Service Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent guest service skills and commitment to providing a welcoming experience. Ability to work collaboratively with team members across The Wilds and Columbus Zoo Family of Parks.
