JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects . From initial estimates to final accounts, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is financially viable, cost-effective, and completed within budget, while maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying , Construction Management , or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the built environment or construction industry .
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control methods.
• Proficient in quantity surveying tools and software (e.g., CostX, Cubicost, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
