The company SCHMID Energy Systems is looking for a chemical laboratory assistant as soon as possible - we are looking forward to your application!

Aufgaben

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung mechanischer und chemischer Tests und Prüfungen unter Einhaltung der Gesundheits-, Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätssicherungsvorschriften
• Vorbereitung von Proben für die Analyse nach festgelegten Protokollen und Gewährleistung von Genauigkeit und Präzision
• Überwachen und Auffüllen von Labormaterialien und Chemikalien nach Bedarf und Führen eines geordneten Bestands
• Wartung und Kalibrierung der Laborgeräte, um sicherzustellen, dass sie ordnungsgemäß funktionieren und die Sicherheitsstandards eingehalten werden
• Aufrechterhaltung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Labor, einschließlich Spülen von Glaswaren, Entsorgen von Abfällen und Aufräumen der Arbeitsbereiche

Tasks

• Preparing and performing mechanical and chemical tests in compliance with health, safety and quality assurance regulations
• Prepare samples for analysis according to established protocols, ensuring accuracy and precision
• Monitor and replenish laboratory materials and chemicals as required and maintain an orderly inventory
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and safety standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the laboratory, including washing glassware, disposing of waste and tidying work areas

Anforderungen an den Bewerber

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemikant / Chemielaborant oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrungen mit elektrochemischen Geräten wie Brennstoffzellen, Batterien oder Elektrolyseuren sind von Vorteil, aber kein muss
• Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
• Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit und Belastbarkeit
• Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein muss

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a chemical technician / chemical laboratory assistant or comparable qualification and work experience
• Experience with electrochemical devices such as fuel cells, batteries or electrolysers is a plus, but not a must
• High degree of independence and personal responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Flexibility and willingness to perform
• Good knowledge of German is a plus not a must
