We are currently recruiting for a Systems Controller within the Stock & Systems Team. Working weekly rotational shifts of earlies and lates plus every 3rd Saturday from 6am to 2.30pm, this role is central to the planning and coordination of inbound containers and the effective allocation of labour to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations. You’ll take ownership of the daily container plan, ensuring efficient scheduling, prioritisation, and turnaround of containers to support warehouse flow. A key part of your role will be the strategic distribution of labour, ensuring that resource plans are aligned to workload across bays and shifts.
In addition to managing containers and labour, you’ll support automated systems performance, coordinate stock processes, and maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external partners. Your ability to anticipate operational demands and proactively allocate both people and physical space will be critical to the success of this position.
