They identify, engage, and qualify new opportunities to build a high-quality sales pipeline. As the team continues to scale, we’re looking for an experienced and inspiring SDR Manager to help take us to the next level. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring SDR Manager to lead our growing team in Leeds and help shape our northern hub. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will coach, develop, and empower your team to achieve excellence while embedding a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will lead from the front, optimise performance, and play a key role in defining how we drive pipeline across UK&I. Base salary range: Salary range - the expected base salary range for this position is between GBP 46,400 and 69,600 (gross) + 100% OTE. Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. While we aim to offer competitive compensation, initial offers are typically made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, with room to progress as you grow in the role.
