Description

Ticket Sales is the first department that customers of Eden Court interact with, whether they’re buying tickets over the phone or walking through the front doors. The Ticket Sales team need to have a lot of knowledge about the wide range of performances, film screenings, studio classes and other events and services we host at Eden Court.
This role is split into 17 hours spent as a Ticket Sales Assistant on our Ticket Sales Desk, and 20 hours spent supporting the Ticket Sales Manager in the administrative duties which enable the Ticket Sales team to function and deliver a high quality service to our customers.
A Ticket Sales Assistant’s main role is to assist customers in having the best experience possible at Eden Court, by finding the right seats to suit their needs, suggesting similar performances, films or classes they might be interested in, and answering any queries they might have.
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join a team who are passionate and champion the work of Eden Court. This varied role would be perfect for those who have an interest in both customer service and the arts.

PENSION Up to 6% Company contribution with the Peoples Pension
HOLIDAYS Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. The annual leave allowance increases to 37 days after completing 1 years’ service up to a maximum of 41 days after 5 years’ service. Holiday entitlement will be pro-rated for those working less than 37.5 hours per week.
