Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect cigar or accessory to meet their preferences and needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and goals.
- Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as needed.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Ability to analyze customer preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous for tracking customer interactions.
- Passion for sales and a genuine interest in cigars or related products.
