As a Commercial Door Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for our commercial door offerings. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and foremen to provide them with solutions that meet their commercial door needs. This position is ideal for a motivated and self-starting individual who thrives in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Using lead generation tools, identify commercial and industrial construction projects that may require overhead doors, initiating contact with the general contractor and/or architect to gather project information and provide information on our products and services. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for new construction projects. Complete cost estimates within bid date/time. Present and explain the benefits of our services to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide excellent customer service by following up on leads, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships. Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
