Car Mods Dubai is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the sales of our premium car modification services and products. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers, guiding them through our offerings, and ensuring they have a seamless and tailored experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Identify and target potential customers interested in premium car modifications and services.
• Customer Engagement: Present and promote Car Mods Dubai services to prospective clients, helping them select the best options based on their preferences and needs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our wide range of services (sound system upgrades, ambient lighting, ceramic coatings, tinting, custom body kits, etc.) to provide accurate and insightful guidance to clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and closing deals.
• Customer Support: Assist clients throughout the sales process, from inquiry to post-purchase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to better position our services in the market.
• Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management on performance, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or luxury products sector.
• Strong understanding of car modifications, customization, and related services (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and customer base is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic) are a plus.
