Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager specializing in Off-Plan Real Estate with a strong track record of over 5 years in the market. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of property consultants with a focus on off-plan projects. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize off-plan project sales. Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients. Stay updated with upcoming off-plan launches, market trends, and competitor offerings. Provide training and guidance to the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client relationship management. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and initiatives tailored to off-plan projects. Monitor performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies throughout all sales transactions. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in broker real estate company Strong background in off-plan property sales with a proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, especially off-plan launches Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
