Job Description:
Blossom Home Furnitures Trading LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Designer who can speak Arabic and has a passion for furniture and interior design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with an ability to combine design expertise to meet clients’ needs. You will be responsible for driving sales through personalized design solutions and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in selecting furniture and interior design solutions based on their needs and preferences.
Prepare design concepts and presentations, including space planning, furniture layouts, and color schemes.
Generate sales through strong client relationships and follow-up.
Provide accurate quotations and ensure timely project execution.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with current furniture trends and design innovations.
Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Designer or in a related sales/design role.
Ability to speak and write fluently in both Arabic and English.
Strong knowledge of furniture, interior design, and sales processes.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in furniture sales or retail interiors.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
