Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Agent with sales experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in plastic surgery and dermatology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and converting inquiries into consultations and treatments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a call center agent or similar sales/customer service role in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in plastic surgery and dermatology is highly preferred.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of empathy and customer focus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of plastic surgery and dermatology procedures and terminology.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Experience:

• Call center agent with sales specially in healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• hospital: 1 year (Preferred)

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to plastic surgery and dermatology services.
• Provide detailed information about our procedures, treatments, and services.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for potential patients.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in plastic surgery and dermatology.
