Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Senior Global Visa Consultant to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through intricate visa processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and leading a team of consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients, understanding their unique travel requirements, and providing expert advice on visa options.
Regulatory Expertise: Stay updated on evolving global visa regulations, providing leadership in interpreting and implementing changes within the team.
Complex Case Management: Handle complex visa cases, troubleshoot challenges, and provide solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for junior consultants, keeping the team well-informed about the latest visa policies and procedures.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggesting enhancements to streamline visa application procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Visa Consultant within the travel and visa industry.
In-depth knowledge of global visa regulations, embassy/consulate requirements, and proficiency in handling a variety of visa types.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
