As a Marketing Manager Savory at Symrise, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and supporting innovation within the savory category. You will collaborate with various teams to bring insights, trends, and creative concepts to life. Your key responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating Marketing Value : Showcasing the impact and value of marketing efforts to Symrise, internal teams, and customers.
• Customer Briefs : Responding to reactive customer briefs by conducting research, gathering insights, performing analysis, and developing tailored concepts.
• Innovation Pipeline : Contributing to the proactive innovation pipeline (RTG) and helping deliver rollouts of new products and solutions.
• Support Digital & Communications : Assisting with digital marketing strategies and communications to ensure consistent messaging and customer engagement.
• Strategy Planning Support : Collaborating with teams to plan marketing and innovation strategies by researching consumer and customer trends, identifying new opportunities.
• Trend Identification & Market Insights : Monitoring and analyzing market trends, identifying key drivers in the savory segment, and providing insights to shape future strategies.

About You

• Educational Background : Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience : 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the food industry (savory experience is a plus).
• International Exposure : Proven experience in managing international markets.
• B2B Expertise : Experience in B2B marketing, B2C knowledge is a plus.
• Language Skills : Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Technical Skills : Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and ideally other marketing tools.
• Analytical & Critical Thinking : Strong ability to gather insights, analyze data, and create actionable recommendations.
• Independent & Organized : Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Creative Storytelling : A creative mindset to develop compelling narratives and concepts for customers and internal teams.
• Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders, customers and colleagues to ensure alignment and clarity.
