Your tasks

• Maintenance and assurance of the proper documentation of all QM/HACCP documents for the companies of the Willms Group according to various requirements.
• Verification of compliance with all certified standards and requirements, preparation of annual management reports
• Conducting/participating in internal and external audits and processing action plans
• Contact person for the responsible food safety authority
• Conducting export certifications/export applications for third countries
• Setting and revising training content
• Creation and planning of validations/verifications
• Introduction and support of management systems
• Optimizing processes within the framework of QM

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of food technology or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in quality management in the food industry.
• Strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• Confident demeanor and assertiveness
• Communication and teamwork skills
