Sales Team Leadership: Leads, motivates, and develops the sales team, including hiring, training, and professional development of team members. Customer Relationship Management: Maintains and strengthens customer relationships, ensures high customer satisfaction, retains existing clients, and supports the acquisition of new customers. Sales Analytics & Reporting: Conducts performance analyses and prepares sales reports for management, including tracking sales KPIs, revenue forecasts, and market share. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates closely with departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to align sales activities with overall company goals and drive process improvement, including the use of technology to enhance efficiency and communication.
