We are seeking a passionate and qualified Swimming Coach with at least 2 years of experience, who holds valid Lifeguard and CPR certifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting swimming lessons for children and adults of all skill levels, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in a similar role
• Certified Swimming Instructor and CPR/First Aid (up-to-date)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, energetic, and child-friendly approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Plan and lead structured swimming classes for all age groups and levels
• Monitor pool safety, applying lifeguard skills when necessary
• Provide individual attention and stroke correction where required
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and discipline in the pool area
• Respond effectively to emergencies and administer CPR/First Aid if needed
• Track and evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback
