The Sales Coordinator will be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role involves a range of administrative and coordination tasks, allowing you to make a significant impact on our sales process. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our Sales Engineers and the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support: * Address customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner. * Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing. 2. Sales Quotation Management: * Prepare and send sales quotations based on customer requirements. * Follow up on sent quotations and update the sales team on progress. 3. Sales Coordination: * Assist the UAE sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. * Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer data. 4. Administrative Support: * Ensure proper documentation of all sales-related activities. * Monitor and respond to emails professionally, maintaining excellent email etiquette. * Organize and schedule meetings for the sales team as required. 5. Data Management: * Use Microsoft Excel to manage sales data, generate reports, and perform analysis. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.   Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum 1+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * High level of attention to detail and accuracy. * Good understanding of email etiquette. * Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and independently when required.
