Brand Building & Positioning: Elevate the profile of each outlet through compelling storytelling, creative campaigns, and consistent on-brand messaging across all digital, print, and social media channels. PR & Media Relations: Manage relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies. Oversee press releases, FAM trips, interviews, and restaurant-related publicity campaigns. Campaign Management: Launch and manage promotions, seasonal campaigns, and event marketing to drive footfall, revenue, and customer engagement. Content & Digital: Oversee the creation of content (photography, video, basic editing, copy) for social media, email marketing, and website updates in collaboration with the hotel marketing team. Performance & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, media coverage, and ROI. Use data to inform future initiatives and optimize strategies.
