Job Description Perform survey work under the direction of the Senior Highway Surveyor, establishing primary horizontal and vertical control points with accurate field measurements and calculations. Conduct pre-construction surveys to verify site conditions and support construction layout, staking, and setting out for roads, pavements, curbs, drainage, and utilities. Monitor and verify contractor work alignment, levels, and grading against design drawings, coordinating with the contractor's surveyor and Resident Engineer on discrepancies. Check all survey work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits to ensure accuracy and quality standards. Maintain survey equipment in proper working condition, perform calibration checks, and utilize modern GPS, total stations, and computer software for measurements. Prepare as-built drawings and maintain comprehensive documentation of survey records, reports, and maps for project reporting. Ensure compliance with safety procedures during all survey operations and maintain accurate field books throughout the project. Qualifications Bachelor in civil engineering with 8 -12 years of experience as land surveyor. 3 years Diploma in relevant field with Equivalency certificate is mandatory Additional Information DM approval or RTA approval mandatory to apply with minimum 3 years' experience in UAE.
