  • Own and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and effective use of the system for reporting and program administration
  • Produce regular HR metrics, reports, and dashboards (e.g., benefits utilization, onboarding completion, leave trends, headcount) for the People & Culture team and leadership
  • Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring they stay current and accurate, and support policy communication to staff
  • Prepare for and support internal and external HR audits, including compiling documentation and reporting as required
  • Lead the design and delivery of employee wellbeing programs and initiatives, sourcing and coordinating resources, communications, and events
  • Maintain accurate and current electronic and paper employee files and records across HRIS, payroll, and benefits databases, ensuring compliance with retention and privacy requirements
  • Manage HR program trackers, calendars, and documentation (e.g., leave tracking, milestone recognition, program participation) to keep operational initiatives on schedule
  • Assist with the preparation of internal communications, presentation materials, and employee-facing program documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
