ABOUT US

Sunshine Fit Kids Preschool and Daycare teaches a theme-based, learn through play educational and physical program for kids 32 months to 6 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for early childhood education.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom.
- Plan and conduct activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of each child’s attendance, behavior, and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience in childcare or related field.
- Ability to educate and engage young children in learning activities.
- Proficient in English language (verbal and written communication).
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate children in the classroom.
- Organizational skills to plan lessons, manage time effectively, and maintain records.
- Knowledge of special education techniques for children with diverse learning needs.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting observations and writing reports.
Note: This job description is a general overview of the responsibilities and skills required for an Early Childhood Teacher. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.65-$26.10 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
