The Role: Salesforce Developer (Omnistudio Focus) - Senior Consultant

Baseline Clearance or Australian Citizenship required (ability to achieve Baseline Clearance)

About the Opportunity:

Join Slalom as a Senior Consultant in a permanent role that starts with Omnistudio development but offers genuine growth across our Salesforce practice and broader technology capabilities. You'll work on diverse projects spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and other Salesforce products, with opportunities for cross-capability integration across AWS, Build, and our wider technology ecosystem.

Required Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience
• 2+ years of implementation experience in Salesforce Omnistudio
• One full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Omnistudio (preferably in Public Sector Solutions or Health Cloud)
• Sound experience in technical design using Omnistudio tools: FlexCards Framework, OmniScripts, and Business Rules Engine
• End-to-end Salesforce development experience: LWC, APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, JavaScript, SOAP and REST
• Overall experience range: 3-8 years with 3+ years in Salesforce and 2+ years in Salesforce Omnistudio

Must Have:

• Salesforce Omnistudio experience, including FlexCards
• Strong Salesforce configuration & development skills
• Public Sector Solutions experience (ideally)
• Baseline Security Clearance OR Australian Citizen with checkable background to achieve Baseline Clearance

Good to Have:

• Sound knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Health)
• Interest in cross-platform integration and expanding technical horizons
