Discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager and attend and lead staff huddles. Monitor and follow up on guest feedback and concerns, suggest and sell amenities, and ensure guest and property security. * Housekeeping: Assign rooms to be cleaned by housekeeping and aide GM in inspecting rooms. * Other: Manage inventory, check property email, build relationships with vendors and guests, and foster teamwork. * Sales & Marketing: Network within the local community to promote the property and build strong relationships with competitive properties, local organizations, and key clients. Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.  * Teamwork: Assist with housekeeping in rooms as needed and daily completion of laundry duties and public space needs.
