Description du poste Dans le cadre de projets ambitieux dans le secteur de la Défense et de l’Armement, nous recherchons un Responsable de Lot – Conception Hardware pour notre site de Bourges. Vous serez en charge de piloter un lot technique dédié à la conception de cartes électroniques et de systèmes embarqués, en garantissant la qualité, les coûts et les délais, tout en animant une équipe pluridisciplinaire. Vos Missions Pilotage technique et gestion de lot : Assurer la responsabilité technique et opérationnelle d’un lot de conception hardware (cartes électroniques, systèmes embarqués). Coordonner et animer les équipes projet (ingénieurs hardware, logiciel, validation). Suivre l’avancement des travaux et garantir le respect des jalons contractuels. Organiser et gérer les ressources humaines et matérielles dédiées au lot. Conception et développement : Participer aux choix techniques (architecture, composants, revues) et aux phases de conception détaillée. Contrôler l’application des procédures qualité pour garantir l’atteinte des objectifs techniques et budgétaires. Superviser la réalisation de maquettes, de tests et de validations des cartes électroniques. Identifier et gérer les risques techniques et proposer des plans d’actions correctifs. Relation client et amélioration continue : Assurer la communication et la coordination entre les équipes ALTEN et les interlocuteurs clients. Contribuer à l’amélioration des méthodes et outils de conception hardware. Participer activement aux réponses aux appels d’offres. Qualifications Formation : Diplôme d’ingénieur (BAC+5) en électronique, informatique embarquée ou équivalent. Expérience : Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en conception hardware, dont 3 ans en gestion de lot ou de projet technique. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise du cycle complet de conception de cartes électroniques (spécifications, conception détaillée, fabrication, vérification, validation, qualification, industrialisation). Expérience en gestion de laboratoire électronique (suivi des appareils, 5S). Connaissance des outils de conception (Altium Designer, Jira) et des méthodes de test (automatiques et manuels).
