Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team, focusing on Questrade’s Investing product line. This role will involve contributing to a wide range of products, from marketing websites to day-to-day trading platforms, ensuring content is clear, consistent, and aligned with the overall user experience. If you are an expert in product design, AI technologies, and UX research, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the user experience for both marketing and transactional products.

What You’ll Do

• Define the design direction and vision for new and innovative financial products – while some products will exist within the current Questrade product, others will be brand new so you’ll have a blank slate to establish new design directions
• Own the design process for both web and mobile applications from wireframing new concepts to prototyping and user testing
• Collaborate with researchers and data scientists to make informed design decisions at each stage of the process
• Write and test engaging copy that drives customer action
• Work together with engineering, research, marketing, product and other stakeholders to solve design and product challenges

• Strong collaboration and storytelling skills
