PENDING CONTRACT AWARD   SITE SUPERVISOR Location: Laughlin AFB, TX Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Clearance: National Agency Check plus Written Inquiries w/ Credit Check (NACI) | CAC required Summary Provides supervision of installation of T-6A Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) 1T-6A-876. This TCTO modifies the T-6A to install the Automatic Backup Oxygen System (ABOS). The supervisor shall establish and manage two CFTs to install TCTO 1T- 6A-876 on specified T-6A Texan II aircraft in accordance with the Air Force Instructions (AFI), applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements. Senior On-Site Supervisor supporting T-6A ABOS TCTOs also responsible for multi-site operations including Columbus AFB, MS and Temporary Duty (TDY) locations as required. Essential Functions * Performs duties as primary interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports * Manage day-to-day operations of Contract Field Team * Perform as primary interface with Corporate Program Management * Document and submitting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) * Perform as primary interface with Corporate Director of Quality submitting required reports * Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs * Perform other duties as assigned Duties * Submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Weekly Activity Report, Payroll, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc. * Provides local oversight of Quality Management System (QMS), training and safety programs * Accountable for assigned Company Owned Property, Government Furnished Property, and Government Furnished Equipment. * Documents work performed on appropriate forms, electronic database and definitive sheets, as required. Qualifications * 8+ years Air Force Aviation Maintenance Program experience * 5+ years as Maintenance Officer, Senior Maintenance NCO or equivalent civilian management experience * T-6A ABOS TCTO or similar maintenance experience preferred * NACI and CAC required Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged sitting or standing, use of a computer and office equipment, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires sufficient vision to read and review records and the ability to work in office and hangar environments while wearing required PPE.
