Key responsibilities: Deliver high-quality civil design solutions across a range of projects Contribute to the development of budgets and preparation of fee proposals. Undertake detailed civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities. Act as superintendent during construction Attend site inspections, hold site meetings Collaborate closely with designers, drafters, contractors, and other engineers at project meetings. Support project management activities, including scheduling and reporting. Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes and delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with NER/RPEQ accreditation. 2+ years’ experience in civil engineering for land development, or greenfield projects.
