OVERVIEW

This position will provide the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of talented consultants delivering value to clients across western Canada. As a Digital Innovation partner specializing in data management, analytics, and automation, we are an invested team driving lasting results.
The Power BI Developer will leverage expertise across the Microsoft data technology stack to develop and maintain reporting across enterprise systems.
This will be a hybrid role requiring 2 days of on-site work per week (only candidates based in Edmonton or capable of the commute will be considered). We welcome applications from both full-time and contract professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience working in data analysis roles.
  • 4+ years of Power BI Reporting experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related discipline.
  • Expertise with leveraging key capabilities of Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Fabric workloads, etc.)
  • Advanced-level SQL knowledge.
  • Proven ability in leveraging complex DAX queries and Power Query.
  • Experience with utilization of Power BI Service.
  • Familiarity with dimensional modelling and data warehousing.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and ETL frameworks.
