QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Media, Marketing, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio of personal or academic projects is required. Your portfolio should demonstrate your skills, creativity, and a tangible interest in building with modern technology.
• Core AI Knowledge: A foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with principles of software development, digital content creation, or business process automation.
• Problem-Solving: A highly experimental mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-Motivation: Must be a proactive, independent learner who is passionate about technology and capable of managing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, creativity, and value.
• Utilize AI-assisted environments and generative models to build, prototype, and create assets. This may include software applications, automation workflows, or digital marketing content.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI tools, platforms, and techniques, presenting findings and recommendations to the team.
• Assist in the full lifecycle of projects, from ideation and design to implementation and testing.
• Document processes, experiments, and project outcomes to contribute to our internal knowledge base.
• Support various teams with ad-hoc projects that require creative or technical problem-solving.
