Ton futur environnement de travail : Pour l'un de nos clients dans le secteurs des services nous recherchons activement un Software Asset Manager Senior H/F Tes missions : Tu collectes les informations financières et juridiques associées, tels que les termes et les conditions du contrat, la date d’expiration, les indicateurs de mesure pris en compte quant à la conformité et le coût de l’achat et de l’entretien des licences. Tu réalises et maintenir un état des lieux des logiciels utilisés afin d’obtenir le maximum d’informations les concernant (principales fonctions, famille de produits à laquelle ils appartiennent, version, date de fin de vie, éditeur), établir une projection de l’utilisation de ces logiciels afin de fixer des jalons remarquables : licences totales utilisées, besoin au moment du renouvellement d’un contrat, …. Tu croises les informations relatives à leur fonctionnement, qu’il s’agisse de leur type (physique, virtuel ou dans le cloud), de leur emplacement (PC fixe ou portable, tablette, téléphone portable, serveur), ou encore du système d’exploitation utilisé (Windows, Unix, Linux). Tu détermines l’usage qui en est fait (par qui, quand, et comment ?) et savoir dans quelle mesure les règles de l’entreprise peuvent impacter leur utilisation, qu’ils s’agissent de politiques et de procédures réglementaires ou internes. Tu optimises les coûts. Une vue d’ensemble détaillée des besoins en logiciels et de l’utilisation actuelle de ces derniers permet de mieux comprendre les coûts. Une fois cette compréhension acquise, le titulaire devra proposer les adaptations nécessaires afin d’optimiser l’utilisation des licences de logiciels et de réduire les coûts. Tu suis et fournis mensuellement l’utilisation de licences pour reporting éventuel vers certains éditeurs. A ce jour seul IBM nécessite un reporting mensuel. En effet, la Fédération a signé avec IBM un contrat IASP (suivi de toutes les licences IBM à travers un outil de recensement ILMT) qui implique un reporting mensuel avec un tiers de confiance visant à certifier ces revues de conformité et éviter les audits tous le 3-4 ans. Tu contribues à la reconduction des contrats ou à l'élaboration de nouveaux contrats (objectif budgétaire du périmètre prévu, modalités de suivi et contrôles des licences, ...)
