Take end to end responsibility for customer satisfaction, contract fulfilment and project profitability. Manage scope of the project/services, incident /tickets trends during its execution including change requests. Communication with stakeholders during the life of the project Perform to organization norms on metrics for development and AMS projects Manage relationships with clients Develop statements of work (SOWs) for new projects Identify and manage risk during the project life Create a motivated high performance team Give formal and periodic feedback to individual team members Ensure software engineering guidelines and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations Qualifications - External 10 to 14 years of exp in IT with 2-5 years of Project management experience Experience in project management for development projects using agile-scrum methodologies, estimation,  conducting various scrum ceremonies like Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective Experience in project management for AMS projects, tracking trends, proactively analysing the volume, repeatable tickets, perform RCA and implement measures to reduce repeatable issues, create and maintain rosters and help / team to remove impediments by finding the right resources/tools/process/technology to remove the impediment Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and increasing transparency Knowledge of various performance metrics for both development and AMS projects Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: JIRA, Service now, Greenhopper, TFS, or equivalent, Microsoft Project, VSS, Sonar cube, Fisheye, Jenkins, and all Office Tools Ability to proactively call out issues and risks and provide solutions Consultative & Solution-oriented - Ability to propose design and development approach.
