Aufgaben In dieser herausfordernden Position bist du oft bei unseren Kunden in der Ostschweiz vor Ort. Deine Hauptaufgaben sind der Ausbau und die Betreuung von bestehenden Kundenkontakten sowie die Akquise neuer Kunden. Mit deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe nimmst du die Bedürfnisse vom Kunden gezielt auf und analysierst verschiedene Lösungsmöglichkeiten. Unsere Business Softwarelösung Abacus präsentierst du mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deinem guten Auftreten. Weitere Lösungen von uns – unsere AX-Branchenlösungen – erweitern unser Portfolio und machen auch dein Arbeitsgebiet spannend und abwechslungsreich. Ausserdem im Aufgabenportfolio: Organisation, Führung und Teilnahme an internen und externen Veranstaltungen. Qualifikation Du hast mindestens 3 – 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Accountmanagement, idealerweise aber nicht zwingend im Vertrieb von ICT oder Software-Lösungen. Du hast Freude am aktiven und strategischen Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen und der Neukundenakquisition. Genial wäre, wenn du bereits über ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Kunden in der Region Ostschweiz verfügst. Du solltest stolz auf das sein, was du verkaufst und den Kunden gut beraten können. Das Wichtigste ist, dass du den Kunden und sein Business verstehst, auf ihn eingehen und ihm gute Lösungen aufzeigen kannst.
