IT-Projektmanager

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Softwareentwicklungsprojekte - von der Angebotslegung, über die Anforderungsanalyse, Projektplanung und -umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.
  • Dabei koordinierst du das Team und kümmerst dich um die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Budgets, um unsere Kundenprojekte zum Erfolg zu führen.
  • Du sprichst auf Augenhöhe sowohl mit Entwickler:innen, als auch mit der IT-Leitung des Kunden.
  • Dir gelingt es, komplexe technische Themen nachvollziehbar und auch für weniger IT-affine Zielgruppen verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Du vertrittst uns in Kundenterminen - gemeinsam mit dem Technical Lead oder auch allein.

Dein Profil

Fachliche Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von agilen Softwareprojekten (Scrum oder Kanban). Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen sind kein Muss, aber definitiv ein Plus.
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und (theoretisches) Know-how in folgenden Bereichen: Webtechnologien (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java und/oder PHP), DevOps-Themen (Containerisierung/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Deployment-Prozesse, Staging, …), Contentmanagement- und Portalsystemen. Grundkenntnisse im Bereich SEO und Barrierefreiheit sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (Level C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse.
