Overview Element is looking to hire a Project Manager for a fixed term contract of 18 months establishing our New Solutions Development team for our Certification business. You will be responsible for leading the creation and implementation of new products, services, or business solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and project management skills to identify opportunities, develop innovative approaches, and ensure successful delivery. The manager will work with cross-functional teams to bring new solutions to market, driving growth and competitive advantage. Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Opportunity Identification:Lead on market research direction, analyze customer needs, and identify opportunities for new solutions aligned with business goals Solution Design & Development:Oversee the design, development, and testing of new solutions, ensuring they meet requirements and align with best practices Project Management:Manage all phases of solution development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, testing, and customer support, to ensure seamless solution development and implementation Stakeholder Management:Engage and communicate with stakeholders throughout the solution development lifecycle, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns Innovation & Improvement:Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in solution development processes and technologies Team Leadership & Development:Manage the project and facilitate internal resource, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Performance Measurement & Reporting:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for new solutions, track progress, and report on performance to senior management.
