Descrição do emprego Buscamos um(a) Especialista em Logística para atuar de forma estratégica na categoria de serviços logísticos (fretes, armazenagem, serviços associados), com foco na estruturação e execução de iniciativas de Strategic Sourcing. Essa pessoa será responsável por projetos com alto nível de interação com áreas internas (operações, planejamento, finanças, jurídico, entre outras) e fornecedores estratégicos, sendo fundamental ter forte capacidade de comunicação, influência e gestão de stakeholders. Responsabilidades: Conduzir projetos de Strategic Sourcing em logística, com foco em redução de custos, mitigação de riscos e geração de valor; Mapear e desenvolver fornecedores logísticos estratégicos, nacionais e internacionais; Realizar análises de spend, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) e benchmarking de mercado; Estruturar RFXs (RFI, RFP, RFQ) utilizando ferramentas como Ariba, SAP ou similares; Liderar negociações complexas e desenhar modelos contratuais eficientes em conjunto com o jurídico; Monitorar indicadores de performance da categoria (KPIs) e propor ações de melhoria contínua; Participar da construção da estratégia global da categoria logística; Atuar como business partner das áreas operacionais, influenciando decisões e garantindo alinhamento com as estratégias corporativas. Qualificações Formação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas; Experiência sólida em Strategic Sourcing voltado à logística; Conhecimento avançado em logística nacional e internacional, modais de transporte, armazenagem, e contratos logísticos; Experiência prévia em empresas do agronegócio ou bens de consumo será um diferencial.
