Veiller à la sécurité des personnes et des biens lors des déplacements et immobilisations. 4. Signaler à la hiérarchie tous mouvements suspect sur terrain ou dans les villages (réquisition de voitures, manifestions,…)  5. Etre disponible pour le transport des passagers  SCI selon les besoins du bureau de SCI 6. Etre responsable de la bonne utilisation et de la bonne gestion du véhicule, outillages et matériel consommable, par exemple carburant, huiles, et graisses …. 7. S’assurer que les passagers respectent les directives de sécurité lors du voyage, par exemple en ce qui concerne le port des ceintures pour les passagers avant et le blocage des portières. 8. Vérifier le soir et le matin l’état général des véhicules : niveau de carburant, d’huile, d’eau, batterie et pression des pneus,… Cette tâche doit se faire en présence du chauffeur affecté au véhicule concerné 9. Veiller à ce que le niveau de carburant ne soit jamais inférieur à la moitié du réservoir. Dès que cette limite est atteinte, avertir le responsable charroi qui établira le bon de prélèvement de carburant pour refaire le plein du véhicule. De plus, le plein du véhicule doit être effectué chaque vendredi soir et chaque dernier jour du mois. 10. Signaler tout problème technique en remplissant le rapport technique du véhicule et en informant immédiatement son supérieur de la situation et de sa gravité. 11. Garder les documents nécessaires relatifs à la marchandise transportée (waybill, packing list, ...), et s’assure que les documents sont complétés tel que requis avant le départ et lors de la livraison au destinataire; remet à qui de droit par la suite les documents selon les directives applicables. 12. Nettoyer soigneusement et régulièrement le véhicule mis à sa disposition. 13. Réaliser toute autre tâche qui lui est assignée par la hiérarchie.
