ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Licensing & Qualifications:
- Full, valid Irish driving licence (non-negotiable)
- Current SPSV (Small Public Service Vehicle) or PSV (Public Service Vehicle) licence (applications without this qualification will not be processed)
- Clean driving record demonstrating commitment to road safety excellence

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Proven experience in professional driving roles with demonstrated customer service excellence
• Comprehensive knowledge of Cork City, surrounding areas, and major route networks
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Impeccable presentation and professional demeanour
• Unwavering reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when serving high-profile clients

• Provide exemplary customer service that reflects our premium brand standards, ensuring every client interaction exceeds expectations
• Maintain vehicles to showroom condition, reflecting our commitment to luxury and attention to detail
• Process payments accurately across all methods, maintaining precise financial records with receipt provision
• Communicate with the professionalism expected of someone representing Ireland’s leading executive transport service
• Execute all company procedures whilst ensuring full compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
