Description Part-Time Maintenance Assistant/Handyman & Courier Driver We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant & Courier Driver to support our multi-location medical practice for approximately 25+ hours per week. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with fixed courier days and flexible hours for maintenance tasks. Due to the nature of our work, early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM may occasionally be required. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel between our four locations is necessary. Responsibilities: · Perform garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, snow removal and ensuring the exterior of our building is clean and tidy · Minor plumbing and electrical repairs as needed · Painting · Basic carpentry · Working knowledge of tools · Reports to maintenance manager for all issues · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. · Courier driver using company van (currently Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm) · Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment Requirements TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
