Dar apoyo en otras áreas relacionadas con los RRHH: formación, programas de desarrollo, reconocimiento, etc. Atención al cliente interno y gestiones administrativas (seguimiento del absentismo, etc). Requisitos Titulación. Grado universitario en Psicología, Sociología, Relaciones Laborales o similar. Valorable: Máster en Gestión y Dirección de RRHH o similar. Experiencia requerida. 1 año en áreas de selección de personal (preferiblemente consultoras o ETT), muy valorable manejo de procesos masivos. Experiencia y conocimiento en manejos de los principales portales de empleo, realización de entrevistas y dinámicas de grupo.
