Verify and keep records on outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing related duties. Delivers product to customers. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for safely driving box truck and delivering products to various locations/customers. * Inspect vehicle for mechanical and safety issues, perform routine maintenance checks. * Plan routes and meet delivery schedules. * Inspect product prior to packaging for any defects. * Build crates to fit product. * Crate product properly (by customer pack specs when applicable). * Attach identifying tags to outside container. * Load truck with product. * Pull parts from stock for shipping. * Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area. * Ability to lift required objects with or without assistance, turn, load/unload required objects. * Demonstrate safe work habits. * Maintain current, overall, and job specific training and requirements. * Ensure confidentiality of all records. * Other duties as assigned.
