Join our crew at BC’s Original Craft Distillery. We’re now accepting applications for a tasting bar associate who is able to work at our Vernon location.
You must have a passion for quality spirits including Whisky, Gin, Vodka, and liqueurs. Job requirements include WOWing our guests with experiences and tastings, plus carrying out general everyday duties required to run a successful distillery.
We are Canada’s premiere craft distillery and our products include world class whisky, vodka, gin, fruit liqueur and brandy, bottled cocktails and more. Not only will you be pouring samples of some of Canada’s finest spirits, but you’ll be part of a fun and exciting work environment with competitive wages plus tips, staff discounts, perks and potential benefits.
Shifts will be mostly daytime including weekends, some evenings may be required. 3-4 days/week.
An ideal candidate would possess excellent customer service skills in both retail and serving, be comfortable with addressing large groups, be well organized, responsible, enthusiastic, dynamic and ready to work in different parts of our operations including shipping & merchandising.
Previous experience in the alcohol industry is an asset, particularly tasting bars where product knowledge takes centre stage.
Applicant must be over 19 years old and be available to work weekends and holidays.
Serving it Right is required as well as reliable transportation.
