A pourvoir rapidement au sein du groupe SERMA à Pessac, son siège social (33)


Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Contrôleur de Gestion Groupe, vous assurez un support, par délégation, sur un large éventail de ses missions. Pour ce faire, vous serez amenés à travailler en collaboration avec de nombreuses parties prenantes du groupe, sur site ou distantes : contrôleurs de gestion filiale, directeurs généraux, opérationnels, commerciaux, fonctions support (Comptabilité, DSI, Ressources Humaines, Achats etc.).

Aussi, vous participerez activement à des actions/projets d’amélioration, selon les priorités fixées par le groupe, et vous êtes force de proposition à leur sujet.


Plus précisément, et sans que cette liste soit exhaustive, voici les missions qui vous seraient confiés :

  • Etablir les reportings mensuels de la holding Serma Group et de la filiale Serma International,
  • Etablir les prévisions budgétaires et éventuels reforecasts de ces mêmes entités,
  • Préparer les consolidations de gestion des différents reportings et du budget/reforecast,
  • Etablir les calculs de fees inter-filiales selon les règles définies par le groupe et en suivre la bonne application,
  • Participer à l’exploitation du nouveau logiciel de paie déployée à l’échelle groupe,
  • Mettre en place un suivi des frais généraux du groupe,
  • Assurer un support ponctuel aux contrôleurs de gestion filiale sur des sujets relatifs aux frais de structure,
  • Participer à des études ponctuelles à la demande de la Direction.



De formation Bac+4/+5 en finance ou contrôle de gestion, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire, idéalement acquise dans un environnement multi-sites. Vous présentez une forte appétence pour l’outil informatique. Idéalement, vous avez acquis des compétences en programmation (macros Excel, etc.).


Au-delà des compétences techniques, votre expérience professionnelle vous a permis de développer de réelles capacités de rigueur, d’analyse, de synthèse ainsi qu’un bon esprit critique.

Votre curiosité, votre proactivité, votre sens de l’anticipation ainsi que votre aptitude à être force de proposition vous permettront de vous affirmer face à différents niveaux d’interlocuteurs.

D’excellentes qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles ainsi qu’une capacité à argumenter et à convaincre seront autant d’atouts pour réussir dans cette fonction.
