Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain customer data standards including data dictionary, data model documentation, and data governance frameworks. Proactively resolve data issues and monitor data quality while continuously improving operations. Drive alignment across Product, Data Engineering, Legal, Security, and Brand teams to ensure compliant and secure data usage (GDPR, PDPA). Qualifications 3. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in data product ownership, analytics, or data management roles. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI Tools, with ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience managing data SLAs, data dictionaries, and collaborating with data engineering teams.
