You’ll be the trusted advisor for customer and dealer leadership, influencing strategic decisions on equipment management, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. Your work will directly impact customer development, retention, and Caterpillar’s long-term success in the mining sector. Own the relationship: Be the single point of accountability for the customer and dealer at the site. Understand the mine inside out: Know the customer’s applications, needs, and future plans to proactively deliver solutions.
