Reporting to the Senior Manager, EDI Solutions, the position will play a pivotal role in optimizing our national EDI environment and collaborating with cross­ functional teams to drive efficiency and excellence. Responsibilities Monitor inbound and outbound EDI traffic, ensuring swift and accurate data exchange. Collaborate with third-party technical partners to lead the resolution of EDI errors, aiming for industry­ leading accuracy and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Innovate processes, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance and refine our EDI environment for increased efficiency. Provide insightful performance tracking, analyzing key error drivers, and proposing sustainable business process improvements to minimize transmission errors. Foster collaboration with Master Data, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and other teams to ensure accurate data and successful EDI transactions.
