Job Title: Project Coordinator II CAN
Location: Hybrid, Scarborough (on-site a couple of times per month)
Pay Rate - $30- $42/hr.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to support device logistics, deployment scheduling, and project execution. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for deployment technicians, coordinate daily device movement, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of IT assets. This position requires strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills to support the seamless execution of deployment activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Experience in project coordination, logistics, or IT deployment support.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff, technicians, and project managers.
Proficiency in reporting and data tracking within asset management systems.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
