You will guide prospects through structured discovery, run rigorous technical evaluations, and deliver demos and Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements that show how Ketryx supports regulated software teams. A core part of the role is acting as a pre-sales solutions architect: taking real customer workflows and constraints and turning them into repeatable solutions focused on value. You’ll do well in this role if you enjoy fast-paced environments, can balance multiple active evaluations, and are motivated by helping customers connect technical capabilities to business outcomes. This position is based in our Cambridge, MA office. Demonstrations & Value Mapping Prepare and deliver polished, customer-specific demos that tie Ketryx to measurable outcomes (release speed, quality, inspection readiness). Confidently handle objections and deep technical questions while keeping a clear narrative. Sales Partnership, Enablement & Feedback Loops Partner with AEs to shape evaluation plans and demo flows, handle technical objections, and remove blockers between steps. Partner with Sales, Product, Client Operations, and Solutions peers to improve cross functional collaboration. Required Skills: 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role (enterprise experience preferred). Strong understanding of modern SDLC/DevOps tooling and workflows (source control, CI/CD, issue tracking, testing, releases, integrations). Working knowledge of regulated software concepts (traceability, validation expectations, evidence generation, audit/inspection readiness).
