You will be working at the intersection of Sales Support, Product Strategy, and Technical Consulting. What You Will Do: Technical Sales Partnership: Support the sales process by acting as the primary technical point of contact, leveraging deep product knowledge to overcome technical hurdles and win deals. Solution Design: Analyze the requirements of high-volume and high-complexity prospects to design custom workflows and technical architectures within the Bectran platform. Product Advocacy & Demos: Lead sophisticated product demonstrations for prospects, clearly articulating how Bectran’s features solve their specific business pain points. The Feedback Loop: Act as a conduit between the market and the lab; funnel prospect insights and "field" requirements into the Product team to influence future feedback and development. Relationship Management: Conduct prospect visits and lead professional services engagements to ensure a seamless transition from "initial interest" to "successful customer." Compensation & Benefits: In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
