About the role The Solutions Engineer will operate at the intersection of Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success, helping prospective and existing customers understand how Rimsys can solve their regulatory challenges. You’ll partner with Account Executives (AEs) and Regulatory to run discovery, translate complex regulatory workflows into clear solution recommendations, and deliver tailored demos that show the value of the platform. This includes collaboration with AEs to refine solution positioning, respond to follow-up technical questions, and support progression of opportunities. You will also support Implementation and Customer Success by helping deliver targeted demonstrations during onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers understand best practices and solution design. In addition, you will present future facing product capabilities to prospects and walk them through upcoming enhancements before they are released to help them understand our roadmap. Rimsys is growing and expanding its capabilities, so you’ll have the opportunity to help define processes and develop scalable demo assets, repeatable playbooks, and internal enablement materials to support a growing go-to-market team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is curious, resourceful, and comfortable working directly with enterprise customers in a scaling environment.
