Effectively gather requirements to clearly define customer challenges, construct and present compelling demonstrations of Freshworks products, and articulate the value of Freshworks solutions to diverse audiences. Partner Enablement & GTM: Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for our strategic partners, conducting deep-dive training, developing technical collateral, and ensuring they are fully equipped to position and demonstrate the joint value of Freshservice and Freshdesk. Joint Customer Engagements: Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to lead discovery sessions, qualify opportunities, and define technical strategy for enterprise-level deals encompassing both Employee and Customer Experience use cases.
