This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and understands the importance of organization, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Your work directly supports project schedules, quality standards, and successful delivery from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities Support the coordination of civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with a strong focus on permitting and inspections. Schedule, track, and document required inspections, ensuring timely completion and proper recordkeeping. Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, including permits, inspection reports, compliance documentation, and correspondence. Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting support, and administrative coordination across teams. Communicate with contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
