A global machinery parts company in Aurora, ON area is currently seeking a motivated Japanese / English Bilingual Sales Agent to join their office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years’ work experience preferably in manufacturing environment, and a positive, team-oriented mindset. This is a full-time, direct hire position. Entry-level candidates and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

JAPANESE / ENGLISH BILINGUAL SALES AGENT REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

· MUST have a valid driver’s license
· Excellent communication and customer service skill in English and Japanese (speaking, reading and writing)
· Must be able to speak, read and write business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 level)
· At least 2-3 years’ work experience in Sales Support / Coordination, Office Administration, or Customer Support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
· Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Excel (using pivot tables, formulas, V-lookup, etc.) and QuickBooks is preferred
· Must be able to travel nationwide and internationally if needed
· While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.

· Maintain relationship with existing clients and increase sales activities by acquiring new clients
· Coordinate and order international sales activities
· Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
· Maintain accurate records such as sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices and other documents
· Communicate and report with / to upper management regarding sales activities
· Occasional domestic and international business travel as required
· Creation of sales reports and miscellaneous documentation for upper management
· Other duties as assigned
