Specific Duties • Assist with administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Microsoft Azure resources. • Support integration of data from sensors and IoT devices into SQL databases for reporting and analytics. • Develop and maintain data pipelines and scheduled jobs to ensure continuous data flow and integrity. • Provide day-to-day technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including configuration changes, user access, and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements for new integrations or reporting needs. • Help optimize performance and ensure data security and compliance across cloud and application systems. • Document processes, configurations, and data flow diagrams. • Participate in testing, deployment, and change management activities for new Microsoft-based solutions.
